In the dynamic world of IT Services, Engagement Models are constantly evolving and new innovative models are discussed, implemented based on several factors like cost savings for clients, improved efficiency levels, optimum utilization of resources like people, infrastructure etc. Sagarsoft has been over the years embracing the evolving models based on client’s needs. We do offer our clients some of the traditional engagement models like Fixed Cost, Time & Material, dedicated development centers etc. through a global delivery structure.
Some of the Standard Models are
- Effort based pricing or Time & Material
- Function of the total project execution time and the corresponding resources deployed
- Milestone based billing
- Payment based on achievable milestone and visible progress
- Dedicated Development Facility
- Projects can be in the nature of both Fixed Price as well as Time & Material (T&M) projects
- Responsible for the complete management of the Dedicated Development Center (DDC), (right from staffing to project execution, testing & delivery), while the client takes responsibility for project availability
- Build–Operate–Transfer (BOT) Model
- Project based pricing or Fixed bid
