Satish Kalva – President & CEO
As an entrepreneur, Satish Kalva started Sagarsoft Inc. in 1999. As Sagarsoft’s President & CEO he drove the company as a start-up into a fully–fledged Information Technology Services company serving Fortune 500 companies. Prior to that Satish worked as a information technology consultant in enterprise solution groups at Pepsi, General Re, SCOR and Pfizer.
His leadership and broad based experience in Technology & Industry ensures continued growth and overall success of Sagarsoft. He holds a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from Jackson State University and Bachelors of Engineering from Osmania University, Hyderabad, India.
Satish Pareek – CFO
Satish Pareek brings with him nearly 20 years of extensive experience in the fields of Accounting, Finance and Taxation. Mr. Satish has held managerial positions at an MNC prior to joining our company, he is also the Managing Director of Prudent Financial Services, Inc. an affiliate of Sagarsoft.
Satish has a Bachelors Degree in Commerce (Honors) from the renowned St. Xavier’s College of Calcutta. He further pursued professional qualifications from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and the Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of India. He is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a Member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants as well as a Member of the Institute of Internal Auditors, USA.
Paul Paturi – Vice President, Business Development
Paul Paturi is the Vice President of Business Development at Sagarsoft. Prior to taking up this role, Paul was the Founder and CEO for Sapplica, a social media solutions firm, also another affiliate of Sagarsoft. Previously, he was involved in building several successful practices involved in Web and Enterprise applications. Paul brings a wealth of experience to Sagarsoft with more than 15 years of experience holding several Lead and Management positions with prestigious organizations such as KPMG, IBM, and Qwest Communications.
Paul has extensive experience in delivery and management of world class Information systems providing solutions across various industries, public and private sectors. He has a Bachelors Degree in Electronics and Communication and pursued his MBA from Santa Clara University, California.
Rathnakar Pandugalya – Director, Workforce Solutions
Rathnakar is the Director of Workforce Solutions at Sagarsoft. He has over 12 years of experience in the Information Technology. Rathnakar’s extensive experience in Information Technology operations plus his leadership capabilities have been instrumental in the growth of Sagarsoft.
Rathnakar is regarded by our fortune 100 clients as one of the best in providing excellent personalized service with highest levels of accountability. He has a Bachelors Degree in Engineering from Mysore University.
Pradeep Reddy – Vice President, Offshore Operations
As Vice President, Pradeep heads the service delivery operations in India. He has over 14 years of experience spread across Sales, Operations Management and People Management. He brings with him significant experience in planning and managing IT operations for Global Clients. He played different roles at different stages of Sagarsoft’s growth and played a key part in its offshore capabilities development.
He is responsible for monitoring and managing the Health and Growth of Business Units, Client Engagement and Capability enhancement at offshore.
Prior to joining Sagarsoft, he worked for Aditya Birla group, one of the top industrial conglomerates in India. He has a Bachelors degree in Technology and a Masters in Business Management.
